I’m Alex, and I’ll be your guide on this transformative journey. My healing path began in 2016 when I discovered Dao Yin Yoga to heal from fibromyalgia – and I did. In 2019, I lived in a temple with my Daoist master, where I healed myself from endometriosis, severe hormonal problems, PTSD, and anxiety through Qi Gong.
I’ve survived severe childhood abuse and emerged stronger, a story I’ve shared in my book Vejen Gennem Mørket.
My Educational Background Includes:

- Dao Yin Yoga Teacher (750 hours)

With 10 years of experience teaching yoga, I’ve hosted 10 teacher trainings and guided 40 certified teachers – over half of whom now run successful businesses. - Flexibility for Absences: If you are unable to join in person due to illness or other valid reasons, you can participate via Zoom or watch replay recordings. This ensures you can keep up with the content and meet the attendance requirement.

FAQs
Is prior experience required to join?
No prior experience is needed. But as soon as you join you will get access to my online program GROUND. Where you will learn the Qi gong and Dao yin yoga via my APP IDEAL to heal, and join Live classes.
This will prepare your body for the training.
How do I access the online bonuses like GROUND and the IDEAL to Heal app?
Once you joined I will send you a email with the link for my App and the GROUND facebook group. All you need to do is download the app and join it without paying. Then I will give you free access to GROUND.
Are payment plans available?
yes you can choose to pay in 6 installments. And it will never get cheapen than it is right now.
What if I get sick or cant make it to one weekend?
In that case We will make sure to record the classes so you can watch from home. If it is more serious you would be able to join the next training or an online training to get the info you missed. We do not return money but we make sure you become a teacher.
What happens after the training?
After the training you can choose to continue to train with me in my GROUND program for a low price for teachers. Or you can choose to continue on your own. You will have 12 motnh acess to all classes vi a my APP IDEAL to heal
