I’m Alex, and I’ll be your guide on this transformative journey. My healing path began in 2016 when I discovered Dao Yin Yoga to heal from fibromyalgia – and I did. In 2019, I lived in a temple with my Daoist master, where I healed myself from endometriosis, severe hormonal problems, PTSD, and anxiety through Qi Gong.
I’ve survived severe childhood abuse and emerged stronger, a story I’ve shared in my book Vejen Gennem Mørket.
My Educational Background Includes:
- Master’s Degree in Social Science
- Occupational Therapy
- Trauma-Specialized Qi Gong
- Daoist Qi Gong Teacher Training
- Dao Yin Yoga Teacher (750 hours)
- Hatha Yoga Teacher (200 hours)
- Tantra Kriya Yoga Teacher (100 hours)
- Pain Therapy and Acupressure Therapy
- Akashic Records Master Healer
With 10 years of experience teaching yoga, I’ve hosted 10 teacher trainings and guided 40 certified teachers – over half of whom now run successful businesses. FAQs
Is prior experience required to join?
No prior experience is needed. But as soon as you join you will get access to my online program classes and you can get more familiar with the practices.
How do I access the online bonuses
Once you joined I will send you a email with the link for my App and the IDEAL to heal membership group on facebook. There you will see all events.
What if I get sick or cant make it?
Everything will be recorded and you can do the classes on the app at the time you want doing your holidays.
What happens 1. of jan?
